When i was working on my system, all the icons on the desktop gotten smaller.How to restore it ?

I know how to change the fonts on the web page .It can be done by pressing ctrl+Scroll otherwise it can be done by changing fonts size on the view menu on IE7.But the thing is fonts of the icons on my desktop got smaller.So please suggest me how to restore it?When i was working on my system, all the icons on the desktop gotten smaller.How to restore it ?
Steps for changing desktop icon size.

1. Right Click Desktop + Choose “Properties”

2. In the Properties Window click on the “Appearance Tab” at the top.

3. In the Appearance Window click on the button called “Advanced”

4. In the Advanced Appearance Window choose “Item:” from the drop down list and choose “Icon” and you can choose desired Icon size. By default many users will see 32 x 32 pixels but this can be changed to whatever you want.When i was working on my system, all the icons on the desktop gotten smaller.How to restore it ?

Hold down the Ctrl key(bottom far left )and at the same time move your scroll wheel up or down on your mouse to increase/decrease size on your desktop
