How is the merge two files into one file?

hi

we r using ms office 2007. we r doing convertion works.we are doing many files to merge one file using copy paste option but after complete 1000 or more pages in file that file is not saved. it is showing ';system is no enough memory plz save another disk';.but we r save in another drive or systen using lan but not saved.

and also we r using so many merge softwares also but after merge total format and font are change. and math function are change to picture.

plz help me how it is doing with out changes. it is very imp to my company.

It may or may not work with Word files, but it is worth a try.



Go to a command prompt and navigate to the folder where the files are kept.



Enter the command



copy /b filename1.doc+filename2.doc+filename3.do?file_full.doc



That will append file_full.doc with all files that are named.
