Those with vista?

You know how in the Vista operating system, Ctrl alt Delete will now bring up a full menu?

My question is:

1. Can you change the font color of the options in the menu?

and 2. can you add things to the menu?

its no big deal really, its just that i like to use a costom logon screen (if you want to too, i would use this...its free too! http://www.stardock.com/products/logonst and the one i want to use makes it show the white letters are a bit hard to see at the top.
