Your answer is here http://chris.pirillo.com/2006/09/26/fix-

EDIT: If you want to change to Tahoma, just read the article above and edit the Reg file to change it to any fonts you want. How to change segoe ui to tahoma system font on vista?
Hi,

I have changed in my registry the folowing keys in

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\?NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts\

to:

Segoe UI (TrueType): tahoma.ttf

Segoe UI Bold (TrueType): tahomabd.ttf

Segoe UI Bold Italic (TrueType): tahomabd.ttf

Segoe UI Italic (TrueType): tahoma.ttf

It works nice for me, but but I have tested this only on my machine, with Enterprise Vista installation.

Warning: if you decide to apply this changes, its on your own responsiblity. I'm

not sure if there are any side effects to this, or what happens if you configuration is

somehow different, or if you change this keys to something else. In worst case you

might not be able to boot you system any more.

Best regards,

Bojan.
