How do i change the system font color?

i would like to know how to change the system font color to white because in some of my folders i put backgrounds and i cant see the file names anymore because the background is dark and the default system font is black. if you dont know what im talking about theres a screenshot here:

you've OBVIOUSLY installed a dark theme. there's nothing you can do but find another [ lighter ] theme you like or return to default settings.
